El Comienzo/ The Beginning

Ya empezó!!! Me enamore de la cultura de acá. Vieras que gente mas amable y donde sea que uno va siempre es bien recibido. También aquí todos se aman sin conocer! La comida es muy parecida a la de costa rica, excepto que las combinaciones no tanto jaja. Aaa y solo se come carne dos veces a la semana porque es muy caro. Aquí se baña cada dos días y aun así es un lujo. Para bañarse hay que ir a un pozo y traer el agua con un balde, con ese balde se agua se baña. Hay servicios pero para bajarlo tiene que ir al pozo traer agua y echarlo dentro del servicio, y así se baja jajaja.  Estoy aprendiendo Kirwandan y aquí todos están bien sorprendidos con lo rápido que agarró y aprendo el idioma de ellos. Dicen que es la primera vez que escuchan a un Muzungo (persona de piel blanca) pronunciar tan bien el idioma de ellos. La escuela empezó y en nuestra escuela hay personas de: Nigeria, Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Costa Rica, Canadá, EEUU y Congo. Tan diversidad pero así lo quiere Dios y por una buena razón la cual seguro nos revelara en el futuro. Hay tantos testimonios y de toda clase. Testimonios de crecer en una familia cristiana y encontrar a Cristo a los 9 anos a testimonios sobre la guerra terrible y sus consecuencias aquí en África. Lo bueno es que Dios ya a empezada a trabajar en cada uno de nosotros. Nos ha dado muchas revelaciones en estos días, tanto individualmente como un grupo. Aun no entiendo lo que Dios me esta intentado decir con las revelaciones que me dio a mi directamente y a través de otras personas. Pero cuando me doy cuenta prometo compartir. Espero compartir mas en estos días que vienen. Los quiero mucho y que Dios me los guarde y bendiga. Maramuke (buenas noches).

It’s Started!!!! I’m in love with the culture here. The people here are so living and kina, and no matter where you go your always welcomed. Also they love you here without knowing you! The food is very similar to Costa Rica, except that the combinacions aren’t so similar haha. Umm they only eat meta two times a week because it is expensive. Bathing here everyday is considered a luxury so you bath every other day. To bath you have to g oto a well and with a bucket get water and shower with the water in the bucket and a cup. Also to flush the toliet you must go to the well and get water and bring it to the toliet and put it in the bowl. I’m learning Kirwandan and everyone  here is impressed by how fase i’m learning it. They say its the first time they hear a Muzungo (white person) pernounce their language so well. The school started and there are people from : Nigeria, Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Costa Rica, Canada, United States and Congo. So much diversity, but thats how God wanted it and for a good reason, the one in which i still don’t know but God will reveal to us in the future. There are so many testimonies and of all types. Testimonies from growing up in a Christian family and excepting Christ at the age of 9 to testimonies about the horrible wars and its consecuences in Africa. The good thing is that God has already started working in each and everyone of us. He has given us somany revelations in these days, individually as much as a group. I still don’t understand what God is trying to geta cross to me with his revelations, but he has given me a lot personally and through others. When I figure it out I promise I’ll share.
